Tasting Notes
Spontaneous fermentation, wild plum, prune, caramel. The palate shows a beautiful coolness, the tannin is fine-grained and grippy, juicy underneath, intensely mineral, the acidity is seamlessly integrated, and the finish fans out balsamic-spicy, almost resinous tones alongside the berry aromas. A stylish and very well extracted, enigmatic wine.
