Tasting from 03.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Toasty, almost tarry notes. Elderberry purée, blackcurrant, cold cuts, and a touch of oak. Dense onset enhanced by grainy, slightly grippy tannins, with ample background succulence, ripe acidity, and terrific extract with lovely fruit. Good ageing potential.
