On the nose: leafy green, clover blossom and savoury notes. The palate shows an expansive, suppleness: full and soft, with yet also well-supporting acidity and pleasant palate fruit. The wine is labelled as a Spätlese – and delivers on the promise of richness and sweetness – albeit the latter in a dry flavour profile.
