Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A fragrance wafts from the glass like from a pot of orange confit. There is also an undertone of fig. On the palate, the wine opens with sweet fruit, a lively acid nerve and salty notes lend freshness and dynamism to the mid-palate. The finish is juicy and of good length. This is a very clear, rock-solid Riesling.
