Tasting Notes
Strong yellow gold. Mature bouquet, delicate caramel and ripe yellow tropical fruit, fine herbal spice, fine honey note. Juicy and elegant on the palate, well-integrated acid structure, ripe nuances of mango in the finish, perhaps not the most perfect bottle, but shows the very good potential of the terroir, could definitely earn a higher rating from an optimal bottle.
