Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green in colour. On the nose, aromas of fine tropical fruit, delicate white pear, some blossom honey, fine nutty spice, hints of orange zest, underpinned by a little biscuit. The palate is powerful, juicy, and fruity with notes of gooseberry confit, refined acidity and good length, a versatile food wine with good ageing potential.
