Tasting Notes
Pale green yellow, silver reflections. Intense aroma of ripe pineapple and mango, delicate floral honey nuances, some Williams pear, fine candied orange zest, an inviting bouquet. Good complexity, integrated acid structure, juicy, fine minerality, light on its feet, notes of white stone fruit on the finish, sticks well, great certain ageing potential.
