Golden yellow colour. Spicy aroma, dried fruit, dried apricot, sultana, stewed mirabelle plums, and some blossom honey. Ripe acidity on the palate, the sweetness pushes and presses, but is well framed by juicy, ripe fruit, papaya, mango, as well as savouriness, good length.
