The aroma shows notes of peach and Reine Claude plum, orange peel and quince, plus the aromas of spontaneous fermentation. On the palate, the wine has an incredible spiciness, pepper and lavender, musk, delicate phenolics, ripe acidity, the pronounced fruit finish lingers with great finesse.
