Balsamic slate savouriness, yeasty, needs some air. On the palate it shows with juice and saltiness, firmly built, taut, compact, a hint of phenolics, gripping minerality, crisp acidity, but also rich sweetness, is still immensely young, introverted, but with the best assets.
