Tasting Notes
Traditional Pinot Noir aromas of almond, mountain bay leaf and red currant mingle with a hint of caramel (wood) and herbal-spicy terroir notes. Warm brick. Creamy on the palate for a moment, then slimmed down by fine-grained tannins and a juicy acid nerve. Positive youthful astringency, a gastronomic Pinot with very good certain ageing potential.
