Orange peel, candied tangerine, pineapple and yeast on the nose. The palate is characterised by juicy acidity, lean and fresh, a very straightforward white wine with a steely Rheingau style and a subtly savoury varietal type, ideal as a fat burner at the table or as a juicy, appetising aperitif.
