The sekt Sekt Austria Reserve Brut Nature, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Malat has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lower Austria in Austria.
Pale golden yellow in colour with silver reflections, and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, an inviting bouquet with delicately smoky notes, white peach, some mango, a hint of orange zest, and some minerality. The palate is taut, and tightly woven, with a hint of greengage, and fine blossom honey on the finish, an elegant and juicy style.
