Tasting Notes
Pale yellow green with silver reflections and a very fine persistent bouquet. Attractive white tropical fruit nuances, hints of white apple and strawberry, some cookie, delicate lime zest, overall a multilayered bouquet. Taut with very good complexity, delicate fruit sweetness and a touch of honey, perfectly balanced by a nervy acid structure, fine apple and mango notes on the finish. Seems light on its feet overall, mineral and clingy, already accessible but has further ageing potential.
