The sekt Pinot Meunier Dosage Zéro, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Manz has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Schwarzriesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Cream-coloured with a slightly coppery shimmer. Wild strawberry, raspberry. Strong mousse, rather ripe acidity, appears almost mild despite the dosage zero. Rather medium-bodied in terms of density and length. An original aperitif made from Pinot Meunier (= Black Riesling) with its own unique taste.
