Ripe pear, Mirabelle plum, ripe yellow apples on the nose, hints of candied nuts. Light on the palate, full-bodied with a dense structure, on the fruity side with soft acidity and noticeable sweetness. Baked apple flavours that linger for a long time with an interplay of ripe yellow fruit.
