The aroma shows subtle buttery tones, some yellow fruit, but above all peppery notes that fulfil the title “Kalkstein” (limestone). In the mouth, the wine is chalky, finely balanced with ripe acidity and a measured alcohol content. A versatile food companion - for comparatively little money.
