The white wine »Große Lage« Forst Pechstein Riesling trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Margarethenhof has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Smoky-mineral notes, flint, but also subtle yellow fruit on the nose. Bold palate with silky and truly fine phenolics, enormously dense, viscous layers, intensely mineral notes in the background.
