Dark ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a subtle tear. Intense floral notes reminiscent of Syrah, dark cherry fruit, a delicate hint of grapefruit zest, and a multifaceted bouquet. Full-bodied and elegant, with attractive extract-driven sweetness; a delicate hint of cassis on the finish and a violet aftertaste. Very good wines, though lacking in varietal character.
