Ripe mirabelle plum, apricot and pear, floral and savoury notes, acacia blossom, orange peel. On the palate, it is an unadulterated, not too complicated miniature of "Lake Constance": medium-bodied, dry, full-bodied phenolics. Made to be drunk at the table.
