Opulent, yet slightly mature bouquet with distinctive slate spice and concentrated fruit fullness of confit red berries and ripe black cherries. Some graphite and cedar wood. Powerful attack of extract sweetness and spicy minerality. Very good length with slightly roughening tannins on the finish.
