The pét nat »Pac Nat« Sauvignac brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Martin Schropp has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignac from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Yeast on the nose, savouriness, initially little primary fruit, mango and blackcurrant behind the veil. A grown-up "Pac Nat" with structure and muscle, the noticeable phenolics and fruitiness go well side by side, the acidity remains stable until the finish. Unique.
