Tasting from 01.09.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Piquant aroma, kiwi and bell pepper, also a hint of roasted wood. On the palate it shows with quite a bit of drive, but also with a fine, lively acid nerve, dense texture without astringency, mineral undertones, great in juiciness and elegance, length. An exceptionally stylish wine.
