Still closed on the nose, chalky coolness, shattered rock, quince, pear, sage, lemon balm, lemon zest, subtle wood spice. On the palate, texture perfectly combines with mineral, salty piquancy and tension, fine acidity and grippy phenolics, dense and long, with plenty of ageing potential.
