This has a medium yellow green colour. On the nose there is lovely blossom honey underpinned by peach nuances, as well as a hint of caramel, and some passion fruit. It is juicy, with fruity sweetness of apricot, a slightly tobacco-like note, and a balanced acidity structure. It lingers well on the palate, and is a great versatile food wine.
