Der Überraschende / Johannisbeere, Cassis und etwas grüne Paprika. Die Noten von Vanille und die feine Textur bekommt er von der behutsamen Reifung im Barrique. Seine Kraft spielt er voll aus. Achim fragt sich immer, ob die Rebsorte schon zu Hause ist oder noch ankommen muss. Er mag sie besonders, weil sie immer für eine Überraschung gut ist. BARRIQUE: Ein Barriquefass ist ein spezielles Holzfass, in der Regel aus Eiche und einem Fassungsvermögen von 225 Litern. Diese Reifemethode verleiht dem Wein eine Reihe einzigartiger Merkmale und Eigenschaften, die ihn von anderen Weinen unterscheidet.
