Tasting Notes
Rich yellow. The nose is still yeasty, with a hint of brioche and butter, followed by grapefruit and kumquats. The palate structure picks up on the ripe Riesling fruit, subtly dosed sweetness plays around with the acidity and the delicate mousse. Harmonious in itself, a lot of sparkling wine for the money.
More about the tastingSomewhat buttery on the nose and intense, clean yeasty notes. Ripe yellow-fruity aromas. Crisp acidity in the mouth, fresh, fine but also very dynamic mousse, slight astringency in the transition to the finish, savoury aromas at the end.
