Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black forest berry confit underlaid with subtle herbal spice, some nougat, powerful bouquet. Full-bodied, good complexity, round tannins, alcohol-supported sweetness on the finish, chocolaty and persistent, a powerful food companion.
