The white wine Souvignier Gris trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Maximilian Bohnert has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Souvignier gris from the region Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany.
Spontaneous fermentation notes, but also fruit (apple peel tea), spicy tones (pepper, cumin) and some damp stone. On the palate, the wine has a nice balance of suppleness and a certain fullness on the one hand and a fresh acidity on the other. The finish has good length, is aromatically quite complex and is accompanied by a clear tactile minerality.
