The white wine »Alte Reben« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Mees has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Nahe in Germany.
Toasted white sesame with meadow herbs, pear and apple on the nose, also some liquorice and caraway. Juicy and savoury on the calm palate in a compact structure, shows character with a slightly phenolic tartness that looks good at the table.
