It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Meunier from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Pale golden with copper-coloured reflections. Champagne-like aromas of yeast, apple skin and small red berries. The palate has a fine but also dense mousse, the rather restrained acidity is well balanced and the finish is mineral in structure and fruity in flavour. Fine!
