Strong aroma of wild berries, raspberry and strawberry, yeast, shortcrust pastry, also yellow fruity notes, apricot, apricot confit. Smooth texture on the palate with a fine fruit sweetness, soft background, finely nerved acidity, cultivated, sustained mousse.
