Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green in colour. Smoky on the nose, with some fresh Golden Delicious apple, honeydew melon, apricot and fresh meadow herbs. With air a delicately tobacco-like note emerges too. Complex on the palate, which is tightly woven with a dark minerality. It's rich in finesse, with delicate hints of blood orange on the finish and juicy notes of stone fruit in the aftertaste. Certain ageing potential.
