Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green in colour. Herbal-spicy on the nose, with a layer of apple fruit and tobacco nuances. It opens rather timidly, gaining more facets with air. Full-bodied and very mineral in character on the palate, again with a core of apple fruit, backed by well-integrated acidity. Some ripe pears emerge on the finish, which is pronounced in fruit in the aftertaste but with a dark savouriness on the back palate. Will benefit from further bottle ageing.
