Something between a bouquet of flowers and a bouquet of herbs. More precisely, the wine has aromas of bronze fennel, mint, wild rose and a hint of bergamot. No less interesting is the dense, somewhat tart tannin and a subtle, fresh acidity. "Wildspontan" is a fitting name for this wine.
