Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a subtle ochre rim. There are aroma hints of cassis and black berry, with a delicate spicy note, a hint of fine oak, and some mint, it is a still somewhat shy bouquet. On the palate it is complex, juicy, with ripe black cherry, well-integrated supporting tannins, and some nougat on the finish. It has nice length, and is already gluggable, and it will benefit from bottle ageing.
