Tasting Notes
Deep ruby colour, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Ripe heart cherry, with red forest berry confit in the background, delicate flavours of currant and mandarin zest, a hint of vanilla. Powerful, juicy, nuances of red fruit, fresh structure, ripe tannins, chocolaty touch on the finish, sticks well, already gluggable, has certain ageing potential.
