Tasting from 01.07.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A subtle rock flour note on the nose, ripe citrus fruit, tangerine, some yeast. On the palate, the wine is slender and delicate, with a light and carefree, completely typical Kabinett style with mineral expression and quite fine acidity. Not an extract monster, but stylish and animating.
