Tasting Notes
Beautiful greenish yellow. Radiantly clear, aromatic fruit with fine meadow herb spice, almost reminiscent of Silvaner. Dense, juicy and piquant on the tongue, compact and quite full-bodied, has acquired a lot of creaminess and substance through the long lees ageing, but therefore remains somewhat bitter on the finish. You should be able to wait for it.
