Relaxed flavour with savouriness and ripe fruit: Dried herbs, nutty flavours, ripe pear, mango and slightly saline notes. Has something to offer on the palate: Freshness and the mineral spiciness of the site go well together in a taut structure, straightforward, full of tension.
