The white wine »Tephrit« Achkarren Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Michel has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, aromas of rather ripe fruits: tangerine, apricot and Mirabelle plum, as well as vivid notes of the typical Achkarrer Schlossberg rock. On the palate, the wine has a tight structure, a lively acidic backbone, phenolics which suit the medium body and a mineral finish.
