Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A citrusy interpretation of Gewürztraminer: candied lemon peel, ginger sticks, peppery-balsamic undertones. Rose too. The palate starts smoothly and then unfolds a pithy play, with pronounced, slightly dry phenolics and good aromatic length.
