It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
A berry-like Pinot pours from the glass, accompanied by yeasty notes. In the mouth, the wine is quite juicy, a fine acidity gives structure, the rather mild mousse refreshes the powerful body which is enhanced by a slight sweetness. Goes well with food like roast poultry.
