Tasting Notes
Bright golden-yellow with a nose of ripe mango, pineapple, blossom honey and hints of meadow herbs. Alongside this there is a lovely touch of lemon balm. The palate shows good complexity, elegance and a lively acidity which carries the peach and ripe apple fruit into the finish. Shows good potential for ageing.
