The sweet and dessert wine Dalsheim Steig Riesling Auslese, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Müller – Dr. Becker has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Aroma of ripe citrus fruits, plus papaya, ripe peach, underpinned by a mineral note, orange peel. On the palate it shows with a lot of texture, fresh, well-integrated acidity, fine phenolics, again ripe citrus fruits, powerful, but not too powerful. Will mature well.
