Tasting Notes
Still slightly reductive on the nose, spicy wood, orange confit, kumquat, also pinot berries. A beautiful first point of maturity on the palate: beginning melted phenolics, firm acid backbone on a supple base, fine extract sweetness, clear mineral foundation, lots of tension and freshness, but also already a good finish spiciness.
