Tasting Notes
Still youthful, closed, very precise ripeness without being green or overripe, savoury aromas. Plenty of juice and tension, vital well-integrated acidity, substantial and mineral midpalate, a pinot blanc with good interplay and freshness, clearly mineral-based and with potential to develop its spicy character further.
More about the tastingFine, creamy nose with fresh apple, mint and herbs, subtle and elegant. Full and grippy on the palate, lots of savouriness and tension, but not at all heavy. Grated apple, elderberry, crushed rock, mineral. Pinot Blanc with playfulness and good structure, certain ageing potential.
