Tasting Notes
The nose reveals a yeasty spiciness reminiscent of brioche, macadamia, toast, caramel, dried citrus peel and resinous flavours. The mousse is fine and palate-filling, it is supported by supple layers, a civilised acidity and tactile-mineral components give length.
More about the tastingRose gold in colour, fragrant, savoury nose of herbs and forest, ripe pears, almost earthy. On the palate elegant with clear and animating acidity, lots of juice and depth, deliciously fresh and with plenty of traction, also a great food wine!
