Tasting Notes

88
Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter, Ursula Haslauer, Oliver Donnecker, Christian Frens, Kai Schattner;

Slightly floral on the nose, still closed overall, with an undertone of grapefruit. Slight sweetness on the palate behind the strong alcohol. Silky and round, full-bodied, but with a fine balance of acidity. Good fruit on the finish, only slightly drying at the end.
