Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 07.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A scent of candied fruit wafts from the glass: pear, cassata, plus rose and smoke, a typical varietal mix of flavours. The palate is linear, not at all extremely sweet thanks to the lively acidity and the good textural background. Over the next three or four years, the wine will develop beautiful flavour and fullness.
